It is our goal for you to be satisfied with your purchase. When your order arrives please check each item carefully. Please contact us immediately if there are errors on your order. Returns & Exchanges are allowed subject to the following guidelines.
Merchandise may be returned in a new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Special orders, drop ships and custom merchandise are not returnable. Restocking fees may apply to orders that were shipped under "Free Shipping" conditions.
Additionally, Items discounted 25% or greater or noted as Final Sale Items are not eligible for Return.
In Store Returns
Items purchased online may be returned directly to Patton's Ruston during normal business hours. In Store Returns are subject to the same return policies as online orders.
Return Process
Please forward eligible returns to Patton's at the address below. Please make sure to include a copy of the original receipt along with your requested service - return, exchange, etc. Every effort is made to process returns within 7 days of receipt. Once a credit is initiated, the actually timing of the credit appearing on your statement is determined by the issuing company.

Damages & ShortagesImmediately contact the delivering carrier and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported to Patton's within 72 hours of item receipt.
